The submitted paper should be in the IEEE conference format guidelines and should be no more than 6 pages in length. The paper should not be previously published or currently under review elsewhere.

All submissions will be peer-reviewed and selected based on their originality, merit, and relevance to the workshop. Accepted papers will be published by the IEEE Computer Society Press in the combined PerCom 2013 Workshops proceedings.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register and attend the workshop to present the paper. No-shows of accepted workshop papers will result in the corresponding papers not being published via the IEEE Digital Library.
